Proper maintenance of any kitchen equipment is extremely important but even more when it comes to your ice machine. Without an ice machine some restaurants would have to shut down so making sure that it’s running at top efficiency is always important. Ice machines have many parts to maintain, water filters, air filters, evaporators (nickel plating) water sensors, air sensors, refrigeration sensors and ice bins or dispensers. Each one requires special cleaning or proper operation checks to ensure maximum efficiency, machine life and clean inspection checks from the FDA.

H2O’s service plans are the most extensive in the water filtration and ice machine industry. Our technicians service all manufacture recommended components on routine schedules at the most cost competitive prices around. A basic outline of the standard service schedules we provide are listed below:

Water Filtration: 3 stage filtering units that remove sand, sediments and carbon - $19.95 Monthly

Water Filtration and Ice Machine Cleaning: 3 stage filter units that remove sand, sediment and carbon plus strip down and pressure wash the ice maker and bin including a nickel safe evaporator treatment. - $29.95 Monthly

Ice Machine Cleaning: Completely strip down and pressure wash the ice maker and bin including a nickel safe evaporator treatment. &19.95 Monthly

Ice Machine Repairs: All repairs are quoted on site after proper diagnosis of the unit. $ 65.00 hourly plus a 25% markup on parts are standard.
